Salmon, spinach salad and homemade hummus
Roast cherry tomatoes in olive oil, salt, fresh minced garlic, pepper for 15min at 375 degrees. Put in salmon and mix dressing on top along with lemon juice. Cook another 10min.
Serve with fresh greens and veggies with citrus dressing (lemon juice, pepper and olive oil) and homemade garlic hummus.
